Kevin McCartney, Florida Insurance Commissioner, approved the lifting of the ban imposed last week on any new Allstate auto accident insurance policies. The Commissioner said that Allstate officials had provided the affadavit attesting that the documents provided to the State were complete. However, the Commissioner also warned that should Allstate put up any future road blocks in the State's request for additional documentation, the ban would be re-instated.
