An SUV filled with members of the Pool of Healing Church of God in Christ in Orlando returning from church services in Ft. Lauderdale rolled over on the Turnpike late last Friday. Two adults and three children were killed. Four of those killed were related to the pastor of the church.

Of the remaining passengers, one was released from the hospital but two of them, a 15 year-old girl and a 6 year-old boy, remained hospitalized in serious condition. It was reported that the 15 year-old has a broken back.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the scene was chaotic with the SUV turned upside down, children crying, people who had been ejected were laying about and Creole bibles were strewn on the ground. FHP reported that the Ford Expedition blew a tire, rolled over and ended up in a canal near Southern Boulevard near West Palm Beach.
