Good Morning America today devoted several minutes to the topic of unsafe food. Apparently Congressional hearings are examining the issue. Imported food from China, and as well, the rest of the world, make up a large portion of America's food supply. Processing and inspection abroad and in this country have not guaranteed consumer safety. What can the mother and housewife do to protect her family from e. coli, salmonella, and other food borne illnesses?
