First Quarter Theme Park Injuries Reported

Florida's theme parks are required to report tourist related injuries to the state quarter.  Here is a summary of the first quarter reports:

Neck and spine injuries sustained on the Mach V ride at Wet ‘N Wild.  The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Universal Orlando’s Islands of Adventure reported a woman suffering from seizures after the ride. Also, a man after riding Big Thunder Mountain of WDW’s Magic Kingdom reported seizures.

A guest sustained a fractured hip on the Mad Tea Party ride in Magic Kingdom. An Expedition Everest rider at Disney’s Animal Kingdom reported dizziness and loss of memory after the ride. Nausea was reported after a ride on Cat in the Hat ride at Islands of Adventure. A woman fell after exciting the Seas with Nemo and Friends at Epcot fracturing her shoulder. At Cross Country Creek at Disney’s Blizzard Beach a man suffered a fractured ankle after jumping.
