Florida Bar Offers Help to Homeowners Facing Foreclosure

The Florida Bar, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and Florida Legal Services have combined resources to offer assistance to low-income homeowners facing foreclosure . Homeowners who are not already in foreclosure, but who have been theatened with or fear foreclosure can call their new foreclosure hotline.

Staff from the Florida Bar will gather information and a free, private attorney will contact the homeowner to assist in resolving the problem. For free confidential assistance, homeowners should call 1-866-607-2187.
