      <title>A comment on Fall Injuires at Shopping Areas and Theme Parks</title>
      <description>i volunteered at the Disney Marathon, when being brought back to my car, I slid out of the van onto my legs, i am now awaiting possible surgery on my knee. I signed a waiver when i filled out the volunteer form, am i able to sue Disney, or van manufacturer?</description>
